This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to use their relationship-building, sales and recruitment skills to create meaningful employment opportunities for young people. You will be responsible for developing employer partnerships, generating paid vacancies and connecting young people with suitable job opportunities. Working closely with Employment Coaches, you will help young people progress into sustainable employment while supporting employers to meet their recruitment needs.
