Salary: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;120 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
A specialist provision in Winslow is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work with pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD). You will be part of a caring, experienced team providing personalised support to help students achieve their full potential academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Provide individualised support to pupils with SLD in and out of class
andbull; Assist with structured learning programmes and sensory activities
andbull; Encourage independence and life skills development
andbull; Work closely with teaching staff and external professionals
andbull; Support behaviour and communication strategies tailored to each student
andbull; Assist with personal care when necessary

Requirements:
andbull; Previous experience working with children with SLD or additional needs (preferred)
andbull; A patient, calm, and adaptable approach
andbull; Understanding of SEN strategies and willingness to undertake training
andbull; Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
