Demonstrated expertise in product management within a software or technology company, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Collaborative Leadership: Experience collaborating effectively within a matrixed team setup, including offshore engineering teams. Proven ability to influence and coordinate across various digital product services.Strategic Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and advocate for the product vision and strategy, particularly within the context of back-end digital services.Product Launch and Management: A proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products (front-end, back-end, or both) throughout their lifecycle.Analytical and Problem-Solving: Technically proficient with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong data-driven approach to product prioritization, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and roadmap development.Technical Acumen: Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and understanding the nuances of backend systems. Possesses a strong technical mindset and a desire to delve into the intricacies of software architecture and development.Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.Our preferred requirements:Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to articulate the impact and benefit of digital services and applications as part of a wider customer journey or service blueprint. Strong advocate for the voice of the customer (both internal and external), integrating this insight into the decision-making process.Innovative Thinking: Champions out-of-the-box thinking in developing product ideas and problem-solving, utilizing metrics and KPIs to drive decisions and roadmap direction.Adaptability and Initiative: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
