Demonstrated expertise in product management within a software or technology company, with a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Collaborative Leadership: Experience collaborating effectively within a matrixed team setup, including offshore engineering teams. Proven ability to influence and coordinate across various digital product services.Strategic Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and advocate for the product vision and strategy, particularly within the context of back-end digital services.Product Launch and Management: A proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products (front-end, back-end, or both) throughout their lifecycle.Analytical and Problem-Solving: Technically proficient with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong data-driven approach to product prioritization, utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making and roadmap development.Technical Acumen: Comfortable engaging in technical discussions and understanding the nuances of backend systems.
