As a Roving Senior Property Manager, you''ll provide expert support across a varied portfolio, stepping in to lead and optimise property operations where needed. This dynamic role involves working flexibly across regions, resolving issues, troubleshooting, mentoring teamsand maintaining service excellence, complianceand customer satisfaction. With strong communication and organisational skills, you''ll handle budgeting, major works, resident queries, and collaboration with internal and external partners—ensuring smooth operations wherever you''re needed most.What you''ll be doingNo two days are the same, but the tasks below offer a glimpse of what to expect. If you don’t meet every point but believe you have the skills to succeed, we encourage you to apply.Provide interim or supplementary management across multiple developments, including complex or high-profile sitesConduct site inspections (where applicable), ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvementSupport onboarding of new developments and transition of outgoing sitesAct as a mentor and escalation point for Property Managers and Assistants, offering guidance on complex issuesBuild strong relationships with clients, residents, and contractors, ensuring clear and professional communicationManage budgets, review expenditure, and support year-end account processesLead or support major works projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagementDeliver training and best practice sharing across the wider teamCollaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service deliveryProvide detailed reporting and feedback to the Operations Manager on site performance and team development needWhat you need to succeedProven experience in residential block management, ideally across varied portfoliosAIRPM qualification (essential); MIRPM or further qualifications (desirable)Strong understanding of building compliance, service charge budgeting, and leasehold legislationConfident communicator with excellent organisational and problem-solving skillsComfortable working independently and managing multiple prioritiesFull UK driving licence and willingness to travelWhy join us?Time to Recharge:
