Training will be provided on the company s ERP systems, so prior experience with them is not required.Admin Assistant Details: 37.5 hours per week with flexible start and finish times between 7:30am 6:00pmOpportunity for extra hours based on business needsOccasional travel may be required (full driving licence essential) Admin Assistant Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to our client s team in Order Fulfilment and FinanceInput customer quotations and orders into ERP systemsProduce and collate export shipping documentationAssist with Letters of Credit and Bank Guarantees for export invoicingRecord production staff timecards and staff attendanceManage DHL dispatches and general office dutiesHandle calls and assist with visitor arrangementsHighlight and resolve problems efficiently as part of the team Admin Assistant What We re Looking For: Good GCSEs in Maths and English; A-levels desirableProficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and ability to work with all levels of staffSelf-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities WGCCO
