Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join a well-established maintenance contractor working across social housing properties in the Havant area. The role involves reactive repairs and planned maintenance across occupied and void properties, covering all aspects of carpentry and joinery. Additional multi-trade skills would be beneficial. You will need to work independently, take pride in your workmanship and deliver excellent customer service to residents, live in within a 20 mile radius of Havant, provide 2 x sources of references.Job Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of carpentry and joinery repairs across social housing properties.Complete reactive maintenance jobs, diagnosing faults and providing effective repairs.Undertake planned maintenance, property improvements and refurbishment works.Fit and repair doors, door frames, skirting boards, architraves, flooring and other timber components.Carry out kitchen and bathroom carpentry, including fitting units, worktops and associated fixtures, kitchen work tops.Complete repairs to cupboards, windows, locks, hinges and other carpentry fittings.Undertake making-good works and minor additional maintenance tasks where required.Maintain a clean, safe working environment and deliver excellent customer service ..... full job details .....
