An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Service Operations to lead a national on-site service division within a fast-paced engineering environment. This senior leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, and commercial success of a UK-wide mobile service operation. You will lead service delivery across field engineering, shutdown support, project execution and customer service, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, profitably and to the highest possible standard. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will play a central role in driving operational excellence, developing people, supporting business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Role: Head of Services and Operations Salary: £65,000 per annum + benefits + bonus Location: M62 Corridor (multi site ownership) Key responsibilities of Head of Service and Operations Develop and implement the strategic vision for the service operations division in line with business growth objectives.
