We are keen to hear from candidates with a proven track record of leading a factory, manufacturing / production or workshop operation, preferably refurbishment / fit-out / fabrication or similar. You will lead the site and team to operational excellence, with a focus on quality control, timely delivery, PandL and HandS. Production Manager - The role: Responsible for delivering operational and quality excellence for the site against performance metrics.Oversight of production planning, resource scheduling, and workflow optimisation.PandL profitability and cost management ownership (materials, stock, resource utilisation, and labour) and being accountable for budget variance.Provide leadership to the site team with clearly defined objectives aligned with daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
