What you''ll be doing: Lead and support your team on a day to day basis across 3 services for adult with learning disability and mental health concerns. Motivate team members, set clear expectations, and maintain a positive, performance-driven environment Oversight of rotas, support plans and ensure all adhered to. Work with the managers to ensure high quality care is delivered at all times. Maintain accurate records and contribute to reporting as required Working on a rolling rota which will include days shifts mornings and evenings, provide support to the people being supported with daily activities, prompting with personal care where required and medication administration. What you''ll bring: Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role with experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues.
