A leading Legal 500 commercial boutique in North London is looking to appoint a Senior Property Solicitor to take a key role within its established and exceptionally busy property department. This is with the view of stepping into a Head of Department role if applicable. This is an opportunity for an experienced property lawyer who is ready to take a genuine leadership role, with the potential to help run and shape the department alongside continuing to handle a high-quality caseload.The department already has a strong and established flow of work, so there is no requirement to bring a following or undertake formal business development. However, someone who enjoys developing relationships and would like to play a part in growing the department and wider business further would be particularly welcomed. The RoleYou will work across a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base including private clients, investors and businesses.
