Real Estate Paralegal
Ryder Reid Legal is seeking a bright and ambitious Real Estate Paralegal to join a prestigious US law firm on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree and 6-12 months'' legal work experience to gain exposure to high-quality real estate and real estate finance transactions. Working within a small team you will play a key role supporting lawyers on a broad range of property matters, including due diligence, Land Registry searches, lease reviews, transaction management, real estate finance transactions, and completion processes. Key Responsibilities Conducting real estate due diligence and title investigations Reviewing and abstracting leases Undertaking Land Registry and other property-related searches Preparing due diligence reports, lease summaries, and transaction documents Managing data rooms and transaction trackers Supporting property acquisitions, disposals, and real estate finance transactions Assisting with transaction closings and completion processes Liaising with clients, lenders, agents, and external counsel Supporting KYC, AML, and compliance requirements About You Minimum 2:1 degree and 6-12 months'' relevant work experience Previous exposure to real estate and/or real estate finance matters Knowledge of Land Registry processes and title documentation Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines Professional, enthusiastic, and proactive approach Strong communication skills ..... full job details .....
