They successfully deliver projects across the southeast with over 30 years of experience working within numerous sectors such as schools, airports and the NHS plus private sector projects. Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Key Responsibilities Pricing small works projects ranging from £1k to £800k Preparing and assisting with invoicing and applications for payment Attending site visits to assess works and support accurate pricing Managing monthly budgets and cost tracking Producing regular project cost reports Maintaining clear, professional, and client-friendly communication Supporting the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget Working collaboratively with site teams, clients, and subcontractors Estimator / Quantity Surveyor Required Skills and Experience Proven experience working as an Estimator / Quantity Surveyor, ideally within small works or fast-paced project environments Strong understanding of construction pricing, cost contro
