Our client facilitates digital transformation allowing their customers to modernise their management experiences and streamline processes. This business is at the forefront of bringing the real estate sector into the digital age.We are looking to hire an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Solutions team. You will work closely with Onboarding, Product and Sales teams to deliver tailored software solutions for customers. As a Customer Success Manager, you will take over new client accounts from the sales team, guiding them through the onboarding process and helping with the configuration of customer environments, you will be able to demonstrate and articulate the features of products best suited for the customer. You will be required to contribute to meetings to identify the best solutions to a customer’s requirements.Responsibilities
