Evolving core playbooks across pre-enterprise, post-enterprise, and project deployment

Building a high-performance coaching cadence across Sales, AM, and CSM functions

Driving consistent pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy

Getting hands-on with key deals, helping reps craft multi-threaded strategies

Partnering with the CEO to create bandwidth for geographic and product expansion

Contributing to broader leadership decisions across the business

QualificationsThis role will suit you if you…

Have 5-8 years’ experience in B2B sales or customer success

Have natural leadership skills

Have a player-coach mentality – happy to roll up your sleeves when needed

Can coach teams through complex sales cycles, ensuring consistent performance

Experience in building systematic approaches to account-based growth

Bring high energy, fast thinking, and a bias for action
