A leading defence company is recruiting for a Network Service Coordinator to support a centralised Network Service Function. Reporting directly to the Network Service Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of network services, working closely with colleagues across Network Security, Network Operations, Network Projects and the wider Information Management function. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change and Problem Management. Work collaboratively with Network Security, Network Operations, Network Projects and wider business stakeholders. Produce and interpret service reports using ITSM tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. Contribute fresh ideas and support the development of processes, ensuring effective service delivery across the function. The Ideal Candidate: Holds an ITIL Foundation qualification, ideally V3 or above, with a good understanding of ITIL frameworks and methodologies.
