A Genuine Leadership Role This position combines direct care with shift leadership, staff supervision, quality assurance and incident management. You will help lead staff teams supporting individuals with complex behavioural needs, including services operating at 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing levels. You will help ensure that care plans, Positive Behaviour Support plans, risk assessments, DoLS requirements and behavioural management strategies are followed consistently across the team.
