You will help set priorities, encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing, and identify better ways of working to enhance the service provided across the business. Key Responsibilities Coach, support and develop the Digital Services team, encouraging knowledge sharing, mentoring and continuous learning. Create an inclusive, collaborative team environment where people feel supported and motivated to succeed. Help prioritise workloads, resolve customer issues and coordinate service coverage, including the out-of-hours rota.
