We are recruiting an experienced Interim Head of Treasury and Cash Management for a large, multi-site business based in Solihull. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, this is a key leadership role focused on strengthening cash management, improving forecasting and financial controls, and leading a significant banking transformation project. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and develop the centralised treasury and cash management function.- Improve cash flow forecasting, reporting accuracy and variance analysis.- Lead a group-wide re-banking project, consolidating two banking providers into one.- Strengthen treasury processes, controls and compliance.- Manage banking relationships and optimise cash management.- Lead and develop the Treasury Analyst. About You:- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with significant post-qualification experience.- Strong background in treasury and cash management within a multi-site or multi-entity organisation.- Proven experience of successfully leading a re-banking project.- Excellent financial controls, governance and leadership experience.- Experience within automotive retail, private equity-backed or acquisitive businesses would be advantageous.
