Location: London, England, United KingdomRole: Talent Acquisition Sourcing SpecialistPurpose: The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is accountable for candidate sourcing and engagement activity within the Health and Care division in CBRE GWS Local UK. Reporting to a Talent Acquisition Partner and working within a flexible structure alongside Talent Acquisition (TA) Sourcing Specialists to deliver recruitment activity to a successful conclusion. Sourcing candidates for existing vacancies and creating pipelines for future requirements against workforce plans through networking, research and sourcing on various candidate attraction tools and job boards. Responsible for providing a high-level candidate experience and customer satisfaction, supporting CBRE diversity equity and inclusion initiatives up to day 1, shortlisting, providing candidate feedback, offer negotiation and contract initiation. Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CBRE by 2x.Responsibilities
Supporting TA Partner to source direct candidates for non-management vacancies, provide candidate feedback, offer negotiation support as directed and contract initiation in a way that strengthens and conveys a positive CBRE employer brand.Work with TA Partner to understand job requirements to source suitable candidates from various job boards and databases including Avature.Act as the candidate’s liaison throughout the hiring process ensuring a positive experience through the process up to day 1.Develop excellent relationships across the wider TA team, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.Collaborate with other Talent Acquisition and People team members to deliver high-quality recruits against requirements from diverse pools of candidates.Build talent pipelines and fulfill recruitment requirements by creating an effective diverse talent pool of potential candidates.Work collaboratively to improve Talent Acquisition by identifying and sharing key talent.Post vacancies on various candidate attraction tools and job boards.Provide excellent customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.Ensure corporate and legal requirements are met as part of the role and champion the Talent Resourcing Principles.Understand and comply with latest legislation including GDPR, Data Protection and CBRE policies.Promote CBRE employer brand initiatives to attract diverse talent and participate across the TA team to share best practice.Act as the point of contact for internal and external talent, providing customer, candidate and stakeholder satisfaction.Update Avature ATS and other reporting systems to enable weekly and monthly TA activity reports.Work with the agreed Recruitment Agency PSL and manage 3rd party TA suppliers to ensure top talent is brought into the division; support reduced and effective external agency usage across CBRE.Skills
