5+ years of proven success in technical recruitment, with substantial experience hiring for technical roles across various levels of seniority.Deep understanding of engineering disciplines including data engineering, software development, DevOps, and AI/ML.Expertise in sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Hackajob, Welcome to The Jungle and additional sourcing tools.Experience with applicant tracking systems (experience using Screenloop is a bonus), recruitment analytics, and performance metrics.Strong track record of building and managing talent pipelines in competitive markets.Technical Understanding

Solid grasp of modern tech stacks including Python, React.js, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and data tools (dbt, Airflow, Snowflake) from a recruitment perspective.Ability to assess technical skills through structured interviews and practical assessments.Understanding of software development practices, agile methodologies, and DevOps culture.Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and emerging technologies in the data space.Stakeholder Management

Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence hiring managers and senior leadership.Strong project management capabilities with ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously.Proven ability to provide strategic recruitment advice and market insights.Core Skills
