ob description: Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire Pay: 13.94 - 16.83 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (with the potential to change to 9:00am - 5:00pm) The Role We are recruiting for a Production Supervisor to join a busy production facility in Bicester. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is organised, proactive and confident working independently. The role will initially involve lone working, so you''ll need to be self-motivated and capable of managing your workload while maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day running of the production area. Carry out general production and warehouse duties. Load and unload deliveries and containers. Operate an Electric Pallet Truck (EPT). Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck where required (desirable). Ensure products are handled safely and efficiently. Maintain high standards of housekeeping and health and safety. Complete production paperwork and basic stock records where required. Open and secure the premises as a key holder. Work independently and use initiative to ensure daily tasks are completed. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience within a production, warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience in a supervisory or senior operative position. The ability to work independently and confidently during periods of lone working. A hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
