Warehouse Supervisor 32,000 per annum Permanent Hours and Shift Pattern Monday to Friday, daytime hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, fully on site. Some flexibility is needed during busy periods. The Company We are recruiting for a growing distribution business with a busy ecommerce and wholesale despatch operation. It is a fast moving environment where good people are given room to progress. They are looking for a hands on supervisor who wants to take ownership of the warehouse and keep every order moving accurately and on time. The Role You will join a small warehouse team, reporting to the Operations Manager and running the floor day to day. Key responsibilities include: Supervising daily picking, packing and despatch so customer orders leave accurately and on time. Allocating work across the team and keeping productivity high. Managing goods in, deliveries, put away and warehouse organisation. Keeping stock records accurate, carrying out stocktakes and cycle counts, and investigating discrepancies. Handling stock movements, returns and damaged goods correctly. Using ecommerce, stock management and courier booking systems to process orders. Maintaining health and safety standards, reporting daily performance and stock issues to management, and helping to improve warehouse efficiency. This is a hands on supervisory role for someone who leads by example and takes pride in getting every order right.
