This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established SME where you''ll work closely with the Managing Director, take ownership of the finance function and play a key role in supporting future growth. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead all aspects of finance whilst providing meaningful commercial insight to help improve margins, efficiency and business performance. This is not a role for someone who simply wants to report numbers. We''re looking for an individual who can interrogate the data, challenge assumptions and make recommendations that positively impact the business. You''ll be supported by a Finance Administrator and work closely with operational managers across production, procurement and the wider business.
