Key Responsibilities:

• Produce coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit in accordance with BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).

• Develop detailed layouts for HVAC, lighting, power, drainage, and water services.

• Support engineers in the production of 2D and 3D technical drawings and design documentation.

• Clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar tools.

• Maintain and update models throughout various design and construction phases.

• Liaise with architects, structural engineers, and MEP consultants to ensure full integration of services.

• Ensure compliance with project and industry BIM standards.

• Proven experience as a Revit MEP Technician on large-scale building projects.

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of MEP systems and how they interact within building structures.

• Familiar with UK Building Regulations and industry standards.

• Ability to interpret design briefs and turn them into accurate models/drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
