Key Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate 2D and 3D MEP drawings and coordinated Revit models in line with project requirements.

• Support the design team in BIM Level 2 and 3 project delivery.

• Assist with clash detection using Navisworks or similar software and resolve coordination issues in collaboration with design teams.

• Maintain Revit families and templates in line with company BIM standards.

• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure fully integrated designs.

• Prepare and submit drawings and models for technical approvals and construction packages.

• Follow company QA procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in BIM processes.

• Update models based on red-line markups and field as-builts as needed.

• Attend coordination and BIM review meetings, providing technical input as required.

Essential:

• Proficient in Autodesk Revit MEP.

• Solid understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection).

• Minimum of 2-3 years'' experience in a similar MEP Revit Technician role.

• Experience working on BIM Level 2 projects.

• Knowledge of British Standards and construction industry protocols.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
