Lettings Negotiator We are seeking a confident, personable and highly motivated Lettings Negotiator to join a busy and successful lettings team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to successful tenancy, building strong relationships with landlords and prospective tenants while delivering an exceptional level of customer service. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role requiring excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills, alongside the drive to achieve individual and branch targets. Lettings and Business Development Respond promptly to enquiries from prospective tenants via telephone, email and online property portals. Qualify applicants to understand their property requirements, budget and preferred location. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Follow up with prospective tenants following viewings and provide feedback to landlords. Negotiate offers between prospective tenants and landlords. Progress agreed lets through to completion. Proactively contact applicants regarding new properties coming to market. Maintain regular communication with landlords throughout the lettings process. Identify opportunities to generate new landlord instructions and grow the property portfolio. Support the wider team in achieving agreed lettings and revenue targets.
