Personal specification: At least 12 months'' experience as a lettings negotiator within residential estate agency Knowledge of the local area Sales driven Assertive, confident, friendly and genuine Professional telephone manner Full UK driving licence. The salary package for this lettings negotiator role will be in the region of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance or use of pooled car. Benefits include 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, team commission, social events, and more! Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
