This is a great opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Construction QS who enjoys commercial ownership, varied projects and working closely with an experienced construction management team. You will like The Quantity Surveyor role itself, where you will take commercial responsibility for allocated building projects from pre-construction handover through procurement, delivery and final account. Working alongside Project Managers, Contracts Managers and senior management, you will protect commercial performance while helping deliver successful projects. More specifically: Manage project budgets, cost plans, commercial targets and financial reporting. Prepare monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs), forecasts and cash flow projections.
