place to be a customer”The Role:Join Chess as an Account Director, responsible for driving growth across our digital portfolio by managing and expanding relationships with several existing customers, while acquiring new business.Accountable for exceeding revenue and margin targets by selling digital products and services to new and existing Chess accounts. Maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and structured business review meetings. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities via white space mapping and digital assessments.Create strategic account development plans including technology roadmaps to drive year-on-year growth and increase product penetration. Prospect and convert new logo customers, positioning Chess as a trusted long-term technology partner.Collaborate with consultants and fellow account managers to qualify leads and support cross-sales into ICT accounts. Lead discovery sessions, service reviews, and tender responses aligned with customer needs.
