Monday to Friday working hours Salary - 30,000 to 35,000 The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Production Supervising ideally within assembling of products Daily duties include: Plan, priorities, and manage daily and weekly production workload Allocate tasks and resources to ensure on-time completion of orders Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to manage urgent requirements Ensure production targets are met and drive productivity across the team Supervise, motivate, and coach production staff including 1-2-1''s Support continuous improvement initiatives / bring ideas to the table Track and report production workload, output, and productivity metrics.
