Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a Manufacturing company in the Black Country region for a Production Supervisor to join there growing, ambitious and award winning business!

Monday to Friday working hours

Salary - -30,000 to -35,000

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Production Supervising ideally within assembling of products !!

Daily duties include:

• Plan, priorities, and manage daily and weekly production workload
• Allocate tasks and resources to ensure on-time completion of orders
• Monitor workflow and adjust priorities to manage urgent requirements
• Ensure production targets are met and drive productivity across the team
• Supervise, motivate, and coach production staff including 1-2-1''s
• Support continuous improvement initiatives / bring ideas to the table
• Track and report production workload, output, and productivity metrics.
• Oversee quality control and output / returns

This role is perfect for a hand''s on supervisor - someone who leads from the front and isn''t afraid to get stuck in to ensure success on a daily basis
