Area ManagerLocation: Harrow, North West LondonSalary: 65,000 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekContract: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are recruiting an experienced Extra Care Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of six care and housing services across Brent and Harrow.This is a senior management opportunity for someone with a strong background in older people''s care, extra care housing, domiciliary care or similar community-based services. You will take responsibility for the overall performance, quality and development of the services, supporting local managers and ensuring people receive safe, reliable and person-centred care.You will lead and develop a team of Registered Managers and senior staff, providing clear direction, operational support and guidance.
