The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating service activities, managing customer enquiries and helping ensure an efficient and responsive service while minimising equipment downtime.Duties and Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for service-related enquiries.Handle inbound and outbound service and breakdown enquiries via telephone and email.Arrange service visits and maintain clear communication with customers.Assist with coordinating field service engineer responses to breakdowns and service requests.Support the planning and coordination of preventative maintenance.Maintain accurate records of breakdowns and remote repairs.Manage service-related email communications promptly and professionally.Work closely with Rental Service Supervisors and colleagues across the business to coordinate operational requirements.Ensure requests from the internal rental service team are ..... full job details .....
