As we continue to scale, we''re looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Personal Assistant to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly The Role: This is a varied and hands-on role where your primary focus will be managing the office and ensuring everything is running efficiently. You''ll also provide support to the ceo andamp; Co-founder in a PA capacity when required Key Responsibilities: Office Management (Primary Focus): Oversee the daily running of the office and ensure a professional, tidy and efficient working environment Coordinate office maintenance and handle any issues that arise Support onboarding processes for new starters including setting up Microsoft Office accounts alongside our third-party IT support, display fusion split screens, desks, systems and documentation via our e-sign platform Oneflow Organise team events both local and London based, meetings and occasional socials such as lunches and company sports day Oversea travel arrangements for the Directors and the team to Sweden andamp; Norway on an ad hoc basis. This involves coordinating flights, hotel accommodations, transfers, and events Assist with basic finance/admin tasks, including invoices and supplier payments. Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service provider
