Service Desk Analyst (NPPV3), £220 per day inside IR35 3 months rolling, Sheffield Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP. We are looking for multiple Service Desk Analysts to start ASAP on a well-established helpdesk. The role will be to support a large user-base during and increased period of demand. Due to timescale to commence this role requires engineers to hold or have held previously NPPV3 clearance. The successful Service Desk Analyst should have the skills and experience include below: Proven experience working within a busy Service Desk or IT Support environment, providing first in class remote IT support Technical knowledge and experience of Microsoft EUC technology such as 365, Windows 11, Active Directory etc Excellent communication and telephone manner Call handling and incident logging Incident triage Password resets and account unlocks BitLocker recovery support Basic ticket administration and queue management activities Knowledge of ITIL Service Desk Analyst (NPPV3), £220 per day inside IR35 3 months rolling, ..... full job details .....
