Head Breakfast Chef , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:To own overall breakfast operation, mise-en-place and service for the section / department.To ensure your team prepare and cook food to the correct standard as specified in the recipe specification manual. Spot check standards frequently including reviewing comments from guest feedback.Drive all aspects of menu changes in line with the menu calendar.To promote good communication within the kitchen and proactively leave clear handover for any colleagues taking over the kitchen.Pro-actively research relevant new dishes for new menus and present them on a monthly basis.You will be required to work

40 hours
