Shift pattern:

6:30am - 15:00pm

Rota runs from Monday to Sunday

Must be available to work 3 out of 5 days

What Were Looking For:Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, ideally within a hotel or breakfast service

Food Safety Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 certifications (or willingness to complete our free courses)

Strong knowledge of breakfast cookery, from classic dishes to 5? presentation standards

Professional, reliable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences

Able to commit to early morning shifts and at least 2 shifts per week
