EPM Scientific has partnered with a global industrial manufacturing company who are seeking a Sales Market Manager/Managing Director to support their international sales and market organisation. In this leadership role, you will be accountable for delivering financial results and key performance indicators across the United Kingdom, as well as providing visible and inclusive leadership that promotes open communication and a collaborative workplace culture.Key responsibilities:

Participating in business planning, tracking results, and driving corrective actions as needed.Enhancing infrastructure to support product and service sales.Identifying growth opportunities within strategic accounts, aligned with company strategy.Promoting effective communication and process improvements.Supporting global efficiency efforts and adopting innovative technologies.This role is a vital part of the North-West Europe Sales Management team and reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. The position is based in the United Kingdom.Requirements:
