In this leadership role, you will be accountable for delivering financial results and key performance indicators across the United Kingdom, as well as providing visible and inclusive leadership that promotes open communication and a collaborative workplace culture.Participating in business planning, tracking results, and driving corrective actions as needed.Identifying growth opportunities within strategic accounts, aligned with company strategy.This role is a vital part of the North-West Europe Sales Management team and reports directly to the Regional Sales Director. Proven inclusive leadership with strong collaboration and change management skills.The ability to balance long-term strategy with short-term operational success.Fluency in English.Eligibility to work in the UK (support for work permit may be provided if needed).
