Mobile Maintenance EngineerAbout the RoleWe''re looking for an experienced and proactive Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join our team at ParetoFM.You''ll be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general engineering support across our client''s facilities, ensuring that buildings, plant and equipment remain safe, compliant and operating efficiently.This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is confident working independently while being part of a wider engineering team.You''ll work closely with the Contract Manager, Supervisor and support teams, helping to maintain high standards of service delivery and providing a professional, customer-focused service.What You''ll Be DoingPlanned and Reactive MaintenanceCarry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across mechanical and electrical building services.Diagnose and resolve faults involving plant, equipment and associated systems.Maintain and repair HVAC systems, electrical installations and mechanical plant.Respond to Building Management System (BMS) alarms and use available systems to support fault diagnosis.Undertake minor installations, repairs and general maintenance tasks as required.Support the safe and efficient operation of plant, including start-up, shutdown and routine operational checks.Health, Safety and ComplianceEnsure maintenance activities are completed safely and in accordance with ..... full job details .....
