This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business in Maidenhead as a Finance Manager. You will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations while providing the management information and forecasts needed to support business decisions and future growth. This is a broad, hands-on position combining bookkeeping, management accounts, payroll, VAT, financial reporting and commercial analysis. The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, can work independently and is confident explaining financial information to colleagues across the business. Salary £36,000 £45,000, depending on experience and agreed hours. The position can be offered on either a full-time basis or for 30 hours per week, worked across four or five days. Working hours can be arranged flexibly between 8am and 6pm. Hybrid working is available, and very occasional travel to London may be required.
