As a Senior Estimator, the role is responsible for securing profitable, high-value, long-term strategic tenders through the provision of accurate, compliant and competitively priced cost schedules and framework opportunities, supporting Axis CLC''s growth aspirations. Accountable for the timely submission of commercial proposals, including the preparation of robust, arithmetically accurate cost estimates covering all aspects of planned maintenance works, whole-house retrofit, energy-efficiency programmes, NHF Schedules, block refurbishment projects, dayworks and preliminaries.
