An established, privately owned property investment company is seeking an experienced Head of Property to lead the performance and strategic direction of a diverse UK real estate portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee a multi-sector portfolio comprising commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use assets. This is a broad leadership position with responsibility for asset strategy, operational performance, leasing, capital expenditure, compliance and the continued enhancement of portfolio value.You will develop and deliver long-term asset strategies across the portfolio, identifying opportunities to increase income, improve operational performance and maximise investment returns.
