This is a short-term, delivery-focused contract requiring someone who can hit the ground running, quickly understand business requirements and design, build and implement a practical, scalable solution using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate. The immediate requirement is to develop a programme-wide People Register - a centralised, structured and easily maintained solution that provides visibility of personnel across a complex programme environment. We need someone who can do more than advise. You''ll be expected to take ownership of the technical solution and deliver a working product within a relatively short timeframe. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and implement a centralised People Register using SharePoint Lists and Microsoft Power Automate. Engage with programme stakeholders to understand data requirements, workflows, user access and reporting needs. Configure SharePoint Lists, including data structures, relationships, views and permissions.
