This is an excellent opportunity to work across a varied commercial portfolio, carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide range of HVAC and cooling systems.As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining critical cooling equipment, diagnosing faults, ensuring full F-Gas compliance, and delivering an exceptional service to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.Service, maintain and fault find on: VRV/VRF SystemsSplit and Multi-Split SystemsWater-Cooled ChillersDX Close Control UnitsDiagnose refrigeration and AC faults using superheat, sub-cooling and electrical testing methods.Ensure full compliance with F-Gas Regulations and company safety procedures.Complete refrigerant leak testing, recovery and associated documentation.Maintain accurate digital service reports, timesheets and refrigerant records.Produce and follow RAMS and Permit to Work procedures.Provide technical advice and updates to clients and site management.Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades, energy efficiency improvements and R32 retrofits.Participate in the regional Out of Hours call-out rota.Essential ..... full job details .....
