This role ensures operational efficiency, robust governance, and value-for-money by managing financial performance, supplier contracts, change control, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as the key commercial interface between schools, the SPV, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide senior commercial oversight across the FM contract (MandE, cleaning, security, grounds, helpdesk, compliance)Interpret and apply contract clauses, advising operational teams on commercial risks and impactsManage change control, including pricing, negotiation, and approvals for variationsProduce monthly commercial reports, forecasts, and PandLsReview accruals, WIP, provisions, and cost capture for accuracyOversee subcontractor performance, pricing, compliance, and procurementProvide commercial guidance to operational teams and support audit proces
