HR Advisor Location: Oakleigh Road Depot, Oakleigh Road South, London, N11 1HJ Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 3+ Month Working Hours: Mon Fri, 09 00, 37 Hours per week Pay Rate: £ 21.90 per hour Job Ref: OR17446 Job Responsibilities Provide HR support and advice to department managers and supervisors. Assist with worker relations issues like disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. Support change management, including restructures and TUPE processes. Ensure accurate HR and payroll data and compliance with policies and procedures. Contribute to HR policy development and implementation. Promote equality and a healthy work environment. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to health and safety guidelines. Person Specifications Must Have Degree or equivalent professional experience. Understanding of employment law principles. Experience in general HR roles and worker relations matters. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Nice to Have CIPD qualification or currently studying towards it. Experience with change initiatives. .
