ARN Full- Time Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with SEND experience for Northfield areaA nursery school in Northfield, a client of Ambassadors Resourcing is looking for a compassionate, hard-working Level 3 Early Years Practitioner with a current Paediatric First Aid certificate and with experience of supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities, ideally speech and language difficulties and autism. The role requires the successful candidate to work full-time, potentially until the end of the Summer Term 2026 to support children with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) in the nursery school''s 6 place resource base. Job DescriptionThe successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will:Demonstrate a passion for working with children in the Early Years, including children with SEND and understand the importance of meeting every child''s individual needs and interests by effectively supporting them in their learning activitiesHave sound knowledge of the EYFSHave experience, knowledge and understanding of working in an Early Years setting with children with SEND, ideally speech and language difficulties and autismBe flexible, dynamic and compassionate, with excellent interpersonal skillsActively promote and support safeguarding of all children, ensuring that all the policies and procedures of the schools and Ambassadors Resourcing are followed at all times.Contribute to a safe, clean, inspiring and inclusive environmentEngage in excellent communication
