Part time Lodge Receptionist

We’re looking for two professional and friendly Lodge Receptionists to join a busy 24/7 reception team based in Oxford.

This is a part-time role offering flexible working hours, with a minimum of around 18 hours per week and the opportunity to work additional hours when required.

You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, guests and staff, providing excellent customer service while also helping to maintain the safety and security of the Centre.

The role will involve:

• Reception and customer service duties
• Dealing with enquiries by phone, email and in person
• Monitoring access and supporting Centre security
• Handling visitors, post and parcels
• Responding to incidents and emergencies when required

We’re looking for someone with good communication skills, a professional approach and previous customer-facing experience. You must be flexible and prepared to workday or night shifts, including occasional weekends.
