Accounts Assistant (Part-Time) Salary: £40,000 per annum (pro rata)Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour lunch break)Flexibility required to cover additional days when needed. The Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day finance function and assist with general office administration. This is a varied role suited to a proactive individual who enjoys working across multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Key Responsibilities Processing purchase ledger invoices and payment entries using Sage Line 50 Supporting sales ledger activities Daily bank reconciliations and Sage ledger reconciliations Maintaining accurate financial records and spreadsheets Producing and updating Excel reports General office administration and ad hoc support duties Providing flexible assistance across the business as required Requirements Previous accounts experience within a similar role Strong Sage Line 50 knowledge is beneficial Good Excel skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Flexible and reliable approach to work This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded accounts professional seeking a part-time position within a supportive and friendly team.
